Our Estate Sale Process

Assessment

We come to the house and assess what's needed.

Understanding Your Expectations

We sit down with you to understand exactly what you're looking for from the process.

Contract & Scheduling

We review and sign the contract, confirm expectations, set the schedule for setup and the sale itself, and arrange the retainer payment.

Prep & Sale Timeline

Timeline depends on the size of the home. For a typical 3 bed / 2 bath, roughly 2,000 sq ft property: 2–3 days for prep, 3 days for the sale, and 2–3 days for cleanup.

Removal

Anything you don't want to keep after the sale is over, we haul away.

Donation

You choose where remaining items are donated, or you can leave that decision to us.

Full Accounting

Once every item is accounted for, sold, kept, retained, or donated, we provide a complete inventory and a full tally of funds, along with how those funds will be distributed.

Funds Disbursed

Funds are disbursed and the contract is closed out.

Follow-Up

We send a review request once everything is complete.

High-value items that would bring more value at auction are handled separately, those funds are distributed as the auction concludes and items are delivered to buyers.
